Take Control Bracelet

Bringing back the OG Take Control bracelet! I originally made this as a reminder to myself to take control of my mind and my thoughts. My mind felt like a prison that controlled every move and it becomes a battle to really even function and have control of my life and myself. I wanted to have something I could look at daily to be like “stop it, don’t let it control you.” Hopefully it helps you too.
